FULL BLOOM: A 4-Week Series from the Gospels on Easter
SERIES OVERVIEW:
Spring is the season for new beginnings! Whether you're cleaning out parts of your home or watching the flowers bloom in your garden, it's a time for new life and growth. Like a good gardener, Jesus wanted to help cultivate the seeds of faith in his friends so they could all grow closer to God. In this 4-week series, kids will learn all about the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus as he sowed the seeds of new life in the world. Kids will discover that God sent Jesus to save us, Jesus understands when we're hurting, makes all things new, and connects us to God.
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week – at Brookside, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our Brookside Church program the first time that you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in for the Brookside Kids experience. Kids ministry is offered at every Brookside service for kids ages infant through Grade 5.
Wednesdays in April: THE GROW WITH GOD EXPERIENCE
The Easter season is the perfect time for kids to pause and take a moment to reflect on what Jesus has done and how it impacts their lives. No matter where kids are on their own spiritual journeys, this activity is designed to help them discover something new about God.
Throughout your "garden," in The Grow with God Experience, you can help kids experience how meaningful and helpful it can be for them to spend time with God. Kids will walk through the Easter story and practice a few spiritual habits along the way to help encourage their growth.
