At Celebrate Recovery, we never give up on anyone who is still breathing. We never know what God is going to do in someone's life. The situation might seem altogether hopeless, a God of restoration, a God of new beginnings. Come be a part of what God is doing- and what He longs to do in your life.
Celebrate Recovery is a biblical and balanced program, based on the actual words of Jesus rather than psychological theory, that helps us overcome our hurts, hang-ups, and habits. 20 years ago, Saddleback Church launched Celebrate Recovery with 43 people. Celebrate Recovery is now in more than 20,000 churches worldwide, including Brookside Church.
Dinner || 5:45–6:25pm ($3)
Large Group || 6:30–7:45pm, Worship Center
Open Share || 7:45-8:15pm
This is the meeting before the meeting and the meeting after the meeting–it’s just as important as the other meetings. It is where we start to build healthy relationships. We have the chance to meet potential sponsors, develop support and accountability teams, and cultivate healthy friendships. Our CR food team prepares all sorts of delicious and creative meals every week.
This is a great opportunity to gather as a Recovery community. We worship God with our Celebrate Recovery band, receive teaching on the 12 steps and their biblical comparisons, and hear testimonies from those who have walked the road of recovery.
We gather in gender-based and issue-specific groups. Open Share groups provide an opportunity to share our experience, strength, and hope from our own recovery journey. Safety is key in recovery. In order to keep groups safe, we hold to these 5 guidelines:
1. Keep your sharing focused on your own thoughts and feelings. Please limit your sharing to 3-5 minutes.
2. There will be no cross talk, please. Cross talk is when two individuals engage in dialogue, excluding all others. Each person is free to express feelings without interruption.
3. We are here to support each other. We will not attempt to “fix” one another.
4. Anonymity and confidentiality are basic requirements. What is shared in the group stays in the group.
5. Offensive language has no place in a Christ-centered recovery group.
We have a women’s A-Z group and a men’s A-Z group.
Our heart goes out to first-timers! If this is your first time, we invite you to our first-time guests’ group in the Worship Center after the open share groups.
These are gender-based groups (not issue specific) that meet weekly to go through the four Celebrate Recovery participant guides which include the 12 steps and their biblical comparisons. These in-depth studies usually takes 10-12 months to complete, and are where we truly begin to move forward in healing and freedom. We offer a men's and women's step study throughout the year. At this time, our women's step study is closed.
The men's study meets on Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM at Carrington Oaks coffee shop in Collierville, TN.

A ministry of Celebrate Recovery, Celebration Place is a Bible-based recovery program for 1st-6th graders, using curriculum, recreation and small groups. We give kids tools so they can choose a life without addictions, a life without generational sin…a life that is whole with Christ.
We also offer nursery care for younger children.
In Celebrate Recovery, we desire to point people toward Jesus Christ by using the principles of Celebrate Recovery based on the Beatitudes in Matthew 5.
At this year’s Summit, you will have a jam-packed lineup of inspirational talks, from not only the Executive Team of Celebrate Recovery but also keynote speakers who will leave you spiritually fed.
